1. Appointment Booking & Punctuality

To guarantee uninterrupted attention from your chosen stylist, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. In the event of delays exceeding 15 minutes, we may need to reschedule your appointment or modify service steps.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Courtesy

We kindly request at least 3 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling so that we can open the chair for waitlisted clients.

3. Pricing & Services

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to consultation based on individual hair length, texture, and density. Final service pricing is agreed during the initial consultation.

4. Salon Etiquette & Hygiene

We maintain strict hygiene and safety standards across all stations. We reserve the right to decline service to individuals exhibiting signs of contagious scalp or skin conditions for safety.
